Arrival / check-in:
You can move into your room from 14.00, but you are welcome to leave your luggage at reception earlier.
An arrival outside the reception hours is possible at our key machine. Please contact us in advance for this.
Departure / check-out:
The rooms must be vacated by 12.00 noon at the latest. You are welcome to leave your luggage for storage during reception hours.
Breakfast:
Monday - Friday 7.00 - 10.00
Saturday and Sunday 8.00 - 11.00
Since May 2022 we have been offering an optional breakfast buffet again. If you have booked a rate without breakfast, you can book breakfast on arrival at the reception for EUR 8 per person and night.

- Environmental zones and environmental sticker:
In most German cities you need a green emissions sticker, including Stuttgart.
You can obtain environmental badges from TÜV, DEKRA and from certified car workshops.

Since January 1, 2019, there has been a year-round traffic ban for all vehicles with diesel engines that meet the Euro 4/IV emissions standard and worse in the Stuttgart environmental zone - i.e. throughout the city.

Please note that we do not offer our own parking spaces.
You can park in the public area on the street.
Free: weekdays from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
Paid: weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m
11 min = 0.20 euros (minimum fee)
Day ticket (24 hours) = 11.30 euros (maximum fee)
Between EUR 0.20 and EUR 11.30, payments can be made in 10-cent increments.
Arriving by plane:
From the airport take the S-Bahn lines S2/S3 to the Stadtmitte stop. From the Stadtmitte with the tram line U1 to Österreichischer Platz (direction Heslach Vogelrain).
From there you can reach our guesthouse via the "Christophstraße" exit in 3 minutes on foot. Follow Christophstrasse for 100m to the 2nd corner and turn left into Heusteigstrasse. After another 50 m you will reach our Pension am Heusteig.
Arriving by train:
From the main station, take the U1 to Österreichischer Platz (direction Heslach Vogelrain).
From there you can reach our guesthouse via the "Christophstraße" exit in 3 minutes on foot. Follow Christophstrasse for 100m to the 2nd corner and turn left into Heusteigstrasse. After another 50 m you will reach our Pension am Heusteig.
